Employee Recognition

Bloomberg wanted to celebrate and recognize the contributions of its employees through a large-scale physical installation. The recognition wall showcased individual achievements and milestones, turning the office environment into a space that honored the people behind the brand. I worked on the art direction and design of the installation, creating a visual system that could highlight each employee while maintaining a cohesive, impactful presence in the space.
